With over three decades of experience in market research, facilitation, and customer-centric industries, I specialize in uncovering the insights that drive meaningful change. My career spans healthcare, hospitality, marketing, sales, public relations and consumer behavior, where I’ve worked alongside diverse stakeholders from clinicians and C-suite executives to patients, doctors and consumers crafting strategies that connect data with actionable outcomes.​
What sets me apart is my keen intuition. Whether moderating a focus group or facilitating a creative problem-solving session, I navigate conversations to reveal the heart of the story. My approach ensures that every voice is heard and every insight is valued. Too many years of years of "the boss with blinders" unwilling to hear what the organization's own people have to contribute, fuels my passion to ensure that everyone gets a "say."
​My background also includes years of experience in the hotel and restaurant industry, where I honed my ability to understand customer needs, deliver exceptional service, and foster meaningful connections. These skills translate seamlessly into my research and facilitation work, allowing me to connect deeply with diverse audiences.
​As a Certified LEGO® Serious Play® facilitator with advanced training from the Creative Problem Solving Institute, I blend creativity with structure to foster collaboration and ignite new ideas. My sessions are known for their energy, empathy, and ability to inspire breakthrough thinking.​ From guiding teams toward innovative solutions to helping brands better understand their audiences, I’m passionate about connecting the dots between people, insights, and strategy.​
