Big Idea Tango is a consultancy built on the belief that solving complex challenges is a lot like a great dance. It takes rhythm, connection, and the right partner. Inspired by my love for ballroom dance, I bring that same sense of energy, collaboration, and precision to every project. Laura has a B.A. in Corporate Communications and an MBA in Marketing. Her qualitative market research training is from the esteemed Burke Institute. Laura is also a Certified LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Facilitator and has trained with the Creative Problem Solving Institute.

I've spent over three decades in rooms where the most important thing said was the thing nobody planned to say or wanted to say out loud.
Boardrooms. Focus groups. Strategy sessions. Hotel lobbies. Hospital corridors. The setting changes. The dynamic doesn't.When there's a challenge to address, someone on the team always knows the answer. They just need the right conditions to say it out loud. Organizations don't always create the safe, no judgement setting to make that happen.
My career has taken me across branding and marketing, market research, strategy develoment and workshop facilitation in categories such as healthcare, pharma, hospitality, consumer and lifetyle. What connects all of it isn't the industry. It's the listening. The ability to walk into any room, read what's actually happening beneath the surface, and create the conditions for something real to emerge.
I'm a Certified LEGO® Serious Play® facilitator with advanced training from the Creative Problem Solving Institute which means I don't just run meetings. I build experiences that unlock the answers and thinking your team didn't know it had. Hands-on, high-energy, and genuinely fun in a way that produces actual results.
Here's what I know after thirty years: too many organizations are full of people with brilliant ideas and not enough room or permission to say them. Leaders with blinders. Meetings that perform in productivity mode without producing anything. Insights that get buried in a deck nobody reads.
That's the problem Big Idea Tango exists to solve.
I'm not here to hand you the answer. I'm here to help you hear the one you already have. (But, I usually do have some pretty good ideas,too.)
